Forest bathing

Beautiful photos by Photographer Tali Kimelman of  Uruguaian nature reserve published by National Geographic. A great example of being mindfully immersed in Nature. Practicing mindfulness is said to decrease symtom of anxiety, PTSD and assist recovering from depression. Being present in the moment without having to use logical part of the brain sets feel good hormones and opens up mental space to just be.
